Shipping, Returns & FAQ'S

Shipping is by Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs or by Royal Mail International Tracked mail. This can be upgraded upon request. 
Returns are accepted if notified within 7 days of receipt of order. Refunds will be issued when goods are received in the original condition with no damage. Customer must pay the return costs if there is no fault with their order. 
Broken flowers will be replaced at my cost   
Q: Can I send flowers directly to the recipient?
A: Yes, I will happily send them to whoever you would like me to and will include a gift message on request.
Q: If I send you a message will you write it out and include in the package?
A: Yes, I'll hand write it on a pretty card for you 
Q: Can you send the flowers Next Day or Recorded delivery.  
A: Yes, I will happily upgrade the postage if you need your flowers in a hurry. Just let me know. 
Q: Where are you based? Can I collect my flowers and not pay postage?
A: I am in Aylesbury, Bucks, UK. You are very welcome to collect and I will refund your postage. Alternatively if you live in Aylesbury, I can hand deliver them for you. 
Q: Can I come to your house and view the flowers before I buy?
A: Yes, just get in touch and we can arrange for you to come and choose your flowers yourself or just browse to see what they look like for future orders. 
Q: Do you run workshops?
A: Not yet but if you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, I will announce on there when I start doing these which I hope will be later in 2023. 
Q: Can I put the glass flowers outside? 
A: Yes, all of my glass flowers are suitable for both inside and outside. 
Q: How do I look after my flowers?
A: You can cut  your stems easily with wire cutters or a strong pair of scissors. If putting them outside, tip them slightly so any water accumulated can't turn to ice in the winter. Apart from that, just enjoy them.
